Hola! It’s already January and I’m so happy! You already know how I feel about the ‘ber months lol. But here I am, I made it with more wisdom and clarity.

Things within this space will be changing. It’ll be more focused on the Spiritual and less about my personal life. I have a feeling that these “Hidden Gems” posts will stay around though.

And if you celebrated 12/31 as New Years Eve Happy New Year to you. I celebrate mine and set new goals and intentions on April 1st when the Spring Season kicks off. This will be my first year doing so! I’m really looking forward to it and am planning that day out. I will keep you updated on that in case you’d like to plan and do something as well. With all of the shedding I’ve been doing and releasing of the old, I am ready and more open about creating new traditions for myself.

  1. Lovely message from my brother. So sweet and heartfelt.

  2. New addition to my collection. I had to put a sticker on the album cover for obvious reasons. Why haven’t they changed it? Idk.

  3. Rosie loves the heat. Her raw food diet has helped tremendously in clearing her yeast and allergies. She even has her spunk and playfulness back.

  4. And another one.

  5. Went back to the gym. Got (and still am) sick! I left work early on Tuesday and was in bed from then until 1/1 and back to work today still sick and feeling weak. But it’s okay. I’m getting better, and won’t have to work when sick soon enough ☺️

As always, I express my gratitude to you for stopping by.

Love, light, the shadow too—- Cin.

96| HIDDEN GEMS

Hi! This past weekend was dedicated to running some errands on Saturday. I have some things to take care of health wise and it’s been what’s been taking up most of my available time these days. It was overall spent relaxing and resting. I’m cleared to go back to normal routines and that means going back to my gym routine.

Other than that, I’ve been laying low. I’ve been reading, journaling, getting into my creative bag lol and just going with the flow of life. Yes, still going through this shedding of old ways/things and embracing and getting to know the new.

Now on to the pictures!

  1. “Lack of commitment to self improvement is unattractive.” I resonate with this sweater. Picture I captured on the TSA line after coming back from DR. Funny story the girl wearing the sweater was sitting with her mom and sister. I overheard her tell her sister “You hate a lot of people. That’s not good. You shouldn’t.” And her mom chimed in “Yea. You don’t have any hate in your heart for anyone. Except for Mrs. insert last name here.” I don’t remember the last name lol but wouldn’t share it here. The daughters laugh. The one wearing the sweater then adds… “We should probably refrain from saying last names while on a plane.” Mom says “Who would even know her?” That’s when I couldn’t help myself and said “Well… actually…” and we all started to laugh. I was standing next to their seats while waiting for mine.

  2. Got this set for my son. It’ll be helpful to use for his homework and assignments. I also find myself reaching for them.

  3. A* had his first Orchestra concert of the school year a few nights ago. They all did very well! Proud mom!

  4. Gas pumping. 333.

  5. New swimsuit arrived. Love the colors. Anything different is my thing.

  6. New nail designs.

  7. Enjoying a delicious cake.

  8. Worked on site the other day and that was my view during lunch time.

  9. Co workers were very festive that day.

It’s been cold, with a few snow falls as well. We currently have about an inch or two on the ground. A few family members and friends birthdays as well this month. If you celebrate Christmas, I hope you and your loved ones have a great day.

Love, light—-the shadow too, Cin
