90| HIDDEN GEMS

Hi! Hermit mode has been reactivated. Per Medium.com “As described by Kundalini Diaries the hermit phase is made up of a time in life where it can feel like everything in our life is falling apart, we can lose relationships, jobs, and what feels like most of the things we once loved and knew so well.” Sprinkle in a bit of solitude in order to get things done, and that all sums up what I mean when I say I am currently in this process.

I haven’t left the house in several days. I’ve had a really stressful few days but I am good. I am alive. I am breathing and am thankful for the supportive people in my life.

Idk if I shared in my video a few posts ago that I’d be seeking therapy for support, tools, and different perspectives. And yes, I did find a therapist that I will work with! I reached out and got to speak with her today for the first time and set our goals. Basically, what I am hoping to get out of our time together. And I am looking forward to it. I know there will be tears. But tears cleanse the soul, so bring it on!

Here are some random pictures from recent times.

  1. This beauty sold and will be shipped to her new home this weekend. She’s one of my favorites. Don’t forget to check out the shop and see what’s available.

  2. I am a pop girly. Always have been. And this was the bop of the day a few days ago.

  3. Issa me! Lol.

  4. My work note pad. Van Gogh. One of my favorite artists.

  5. Angel cards that were picked for me during my session with Gloria at Epihany.

  6. Craved veggie fried rice. The fam and I went and it was delicious!

  7. Orabella. This smells so good. It’s subtle, and perfect.

  8. My plant based protein shake with half of a banana, frozen berries, and peanut butter. It’s a really good quality protein mix.

  9. The other night. I was stunned at how packed Chick Fil A was lol.

  10. Getting gas before going to the gym.

As always, gratitude for stopping by and sharing these moments with me.

Love, light, the shadow too—-Cin.
