Thankful for the good vibes sent my way after my last post. I truly appreciate them and accepted them with an opened heart.

May has come and gone. Was it just me or did it fly by?! I’ve been working on honing my Past Life Regression Hypnosis skills by practicing with clients. The sessions have been very interesting! So far we’ve traveled to Vietnam, and Pakistan via past life recalls. I truly enjoy doing the work and talking to the clients after their session and assisting them to make connections regarding what they saw or felt during their session.

I also want to take the time to wish my mamí Gladis a VERY Happy Heavenly Birthday today! She would’ve turned 70 years old. And I just realized that this is my 70th post on the blog!

I buy my vegan friendly deodorant from this company and wanted to try their lip balm. I love that it’s trash free. The refills come in recycle paper containers. Plastic free.
I’ve been adding berries to my chocolate protein shakes and it’s yummy! I’ll have a shake right after working out. Or sometimes during.
