48| FALLING

Summer of 2023 has officially come to its end and Mother Nature is changing its colors and vibes. I’ve been having to drive longer miles due to a new job and one thing that is at the top of my list with that is that I get to enjoy new scenery as the seasons change. It really sets the tone for my day. I drive through and by many farms and get to see some of the animals that live there. I see cows, horses of all sizes, donkeys, alpacas, llamas, ostrich, different birds, pigs, not so subtle hellos and introductions from new and old spirit animals. And the scenery? The way the sun hits? The clouds? I soak it all in. Sometimes if I’m alone on the road I’ll slow down or stop and snap a quick picture. But most of the time? I thank God and enjoy the little big moments for myself. They often feel personal and private. Here are some of those pictures:

  1. I often associate my mother with birds, specially doves. So, when I looked up and saw these whispy angel/bird like clouds I thought about her and noticed how every cloud looked like a dancing dove putting on a show. This one was taken while on a walk with Rosie.

  2. Taken on my drive to work. I love thé corn fields.

  3. The lighting.

  4. Cows. So many of them.

  5. Taken during the last drive to one of my job assignments.

  6. If you look close enough, you can see a fox crossing from one field to the next. I felt guided to snap a picture and I went with it, and caught it.

I’ll be sharing more as the season settles in and as nature changes her hues. What do you enjoy about the change of Seasons? Thanks for stopping by!

Love, light, and the shadow too—-Cin.
