22| A YOGIC PATH

Hello! I hope you’re well. Today, I am writing from my dining room table. I just finished eating my sourdough toast with guacamole and a scrambled egg sprinkled lightly with oregano, cilantro, and garlic salt. I also had my Herbalife raspberry tea. So, yes, a lot of changes have been made in regards to my eating habits and what I put into my body. Slowly but surely listening to my inner voice and feelings and its what my body has been signaling me to do. To make a change. But, this is for another post. Today, I want to talk to you about one of the most beautiful oracle cards that I own. Let’s get right in to it!

I purchased these cards at my local Barnes & Noble. I love to be able to go to a book store and see and touch the cards before purchasing. And I recall having made a few trips to check some out before making the purchase. I paid around $30 for these and don’t regret the purchase. Whenever I set out to buy any cards or spiritual materials, I try to set the intent that they will choose me. And that’s what happened with these.

The deck comes with a beautiful turquoise and gold protective sleeve to protect the white and gold box that stores the card and the companion book.

The oracle card box (has magnetic closure) matches the protective sleeve. The companion book is similar.

Look at the texture, and the detailing in the gold foliage. I just looooove the colors. Are you ready to see the designs on some of the cards themselves?

See what I mean? The illustrator really did Danielle Noel did an amazing job! The quality of the cards is great. Sturdy and strong and colorful. The same goes for the pages of the companion book. The book comes very well organized. The introduction page talks about the author of the deck Sahara Rose and mentions her other works of literature. The contents are alphabetized in sequential and alphabetical order. And the cards has groups. These groups are Spirituality, Ayurveda, Chakras, Yoga, and Deities.

In the book, each card gets their own full page spreads explaining both upright and reverse interpretations of the card. Remember, every reader does things differently. Some read the cards only in upright positions. Some do both.

I highly recommend this deck!

Love and light always, Cin.

19| ASK YOUR GUIDES

Hello! Today I would like to share with you the Oracle deck of cards that I have been working with this year. Yes, I have several decks of both Oracle and Tarot cards that I own. But, since I started working with my spiritual teacher, these are the ones that I am working with. Why? Because they were recommended by her for their straightforwardness and also they’re easy to use and soon memorize/be able to look at the card and feel what it’s message is. I will be honest and say that this deck isn’t one that I would usually gravitate to on my own, and this you will see as I upload/share me more on this topic.

Introducing the Ask Your Guides Oracle Cards by Sonia Choquette. You can purchaser your own deck on Amazon https://amzn.to/3XArbo3 The deck brings 52 cards with a matching guidebook. The box and guidebook are a lovely purple color, and the cards are a leafy green, which coincidentally matches the notebook that I use when writing down my messages, sorta like a journal.

What I do is set the intention as I shuffle the deck “I need info on what I need to do with my guides…” I try to part the cards into three, and then pick a card. Or sometimes a card jumps out on its own and it picks me.

What’s your go to deck? Do you own one? If not, then this would be a great starter deck for you to keep, or gift!

Love & Light always, Cin.
